At Beyond The Blue we aim to develop long term relationships with schools, sixth form colleges, universities and students’ unions, organisations and corporate clients.
Although we present 'open' workshops that individuals can attend and come together to make up the group, we also aim to develop longer term strategies with organisations and corporate clients.
By developing strong bonds with our clients over time, it allows us to meet their specific needs and to provide excellence in customer service. In order to achieve these goals, we always undertake a training needs analysis of clients and organisations who wish to use our services.
We encourage the use of our clients own facilities for training as this allows you to make both cost savings and to cause as little disruption to candidates attending as possible. We will come to you, wherever you are in the UK., providing you have suitable facilities.
For the organisations we work closely with there can be a number of different advantages. First and foremost those candidates attending the Gap Year and Independent Travel Safety & Awareness workshop (GYITSA) will be provided with guidance and advice that will enable them to travel more safely, with greater confidence and enjoy and benefit from their travel experiences more.
Through our Discounts and Incentive scheme, organisations, clubs, students’ unions, schools and universities can themselves make an income to either fund existing projects or to return to candidates, if we come to you to train or if you promote and register candidates on our behalf.

For corporate clients who operate Career Break schemes, our workshop can act as an excellent benefit to employees as they prepare for what they are about to undertake. As part of our workshop we examine the subject of what to expect when you Return Home and this is particularly important to those people taking career breaks.
