Business Development Manager - Rachel Masters

Rachel Masters was appointed in January 2008 as Business Development Manager for Beyond The Blue. We are delighted to secure the services of such an experienced individual with such a wealth of experience in so many different fields.

Rachel’s role is to actively develop our client base as well as to improve the service we offer all our existing clients. Often your first point of contact, her manner and approach is exceptionally professional and dedicated to ensuring our clients get exactly the information they need quickly and effectively.

Her background is impressive, having worked for such blue chip companies as Unilever, Cendant and Bradford & Bingley and managed contracts for companies including Rolls Royce, Proctor & Gamble, AstraZeneca, BAE, Aventis Pharma and one of the city’s most respected investment banks, she brings with her a proven ability to work effectively with clients from very different sectors.

Her ability to work in different fields was proven when she took up an appointment as Relocation Director with Asia Pacific Access in Beijing (China), where she successfully managed a team working across China in this notoriously challenging environment.

The experiences she has gained working in such diverse fields and in different cultures across the globe suits Beyond The Blue perfectly as her ability to work effectively with clients from very different sectors, complements the variety of products and services we offer to our wide variety of clients.

Her experience also extends to independent travel. Whilst living and working in China, Rachel took the opportunity to travel round the region both for business and pleasure. She has also completed a gap year, travelling on a round-the-world ticket after leaving University.

Rachel’s approach is professional and welcoming and clients warm to her immediately as their questions are answered and their requests not only satisfied, but exceeded.

Rachel has also worked in the security industry, licensed retail sector and within her University as an Education and Welfare Officer. She has a BA and Masters degree.
