Many of our courses are tailored for specific clients to reflect their workplace. We develop the courses following the completion of a training needs analysis.
Once this process is complete we develop a learning programme for each course, specific to each client.
The learning programmes highlight the course structure and the learning objectives and provide a frame work for our instructors. They include:
- Client and candidate details
- Aim of the programme
- Learning outcomes
- Breakdown, content and timing of each session
