After every workshop we ask candidates to complete a feedback form; we always ask for honest comments, good and bad. This allows us to assess and improve the level of service we provide. We regularly make changes based on feedback we receive, as we understand service levels reflect what our clients think, not what we think.

 

We employ only specialist instructors to deliver our workshops and provide client services; all our trainers, instructors and consultants are highly experienced in their fields. They work with the objective of providing clients with the skills and knowledge to travel more safely and to make the most out of the opportunities presented to them.

 

The experience of our trainers brings the subject they are teaching to life. Our training is based on a variety of training methods and includes open learning, classroom based learning, scenario based learning, group work and interactive discussion; this approach allows us to meet the preferred learning styles of all candidates.
